Action Agenda - City Council Special Meeting of May 31, 2005

2.	Resolution No. 2005-65 approving issuance of Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (TRANs) (D-050-430-014)
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 2005-65 authorizing and approving the borrowing of funds for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 to include issuance and sale of a 2005-2006 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes, participation in the California Communities Cash Flow Financing Program, authorizing the Mayor, City Manager and Deputy City Manager to sign the necessary documents and approving as to form the Purchase Agreement.

3.	Priority Project Setting Workshop and possible determination of City Priorities (A-050-060 & A-050-080)
Action: Reviewed Projects/Programs-2005 existing list, discussed new items for the priority list, rated priority designations, and directed staff to return with recommendations for action steps.
