SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA


TO: All Members of the Redding Redevelopment Agency

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redding Redevelopment Agency is hereby called by the undersigned and under the authority vested in him by Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California. The meeting is to take place at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, in the City Council Chambers, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.

If anyone wishes to address the Board of Directors on any item considered at this meeting before or during the Board's consideration of that item, please fill out a Speaker Request Form and submit it to the Secretary.

Business to be transacted at said meeting, and the only business to be transacted is as follows:
1.	ROLL CALL

	JOINT MEETING WITH THE REDDING CITY COUNCIL

2.	Appropriation of additional funding for the Hilltop Drive Streetscape Project, Bid Schedule No. 4132 (Job No. 2236) (B-050-020/S-070-200/R-030-050-310)
		Recommendation: Consideration

3.	ADJOURMENT
