NOTICE AND AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redding Municipal Library Board (Board) is hereby called by the undersigned and under the authority vested in him by Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California. The meeting is to take place at the date, time, and location listed above.

If anyone wishes to address the Board of Directors on any item considered at this meeting before or during Board's consideration of that item, please fill out a Speaker Request Form and submit it to the Secretary.

Business to be transacted at said meeting, and the only business to be transacted is as follows:

1.	Roll Call

2.	Board of Trustees Reorganization - Appointment of President and Vice-President
		Recommendation: Consideration

3.	Adjournment

Pursuant to the Brown Act, non-confidential materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Redding Municipal Library Board after distribution of the agenda packet are available for inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.
