The meeting was called to order by Mayor Anderson with the following Council Members present: Cibula, Kight, Pohlmeyer, and McGeorge.

Also present was City Attorney Wingate.

At the hour of 12:01 p.m., Mayor Anderson announced that Council will adjourn to closed session to discuss the following:

At the hour of 12:44 p.m., Mayor Anderson reconvened the meeting to regular session. He announced that City Council approved the following total compensation package for the City Attorney:

7/1/99      Pay for Performance increase 1%
7/1/00      Pay for Performance increase 2%
7/1/01      Pay for Performance increase 1%

There being no further business, at the hour of 12:45 p.m., Mayor Anderson declared the meeting adjourned.
