Mighty Mommas Stroller Fitness is a rejuvenating 60-minute workout designed especially for moms or caretakers with stroller-aged children. In this class we will be working on strengthening our mommy muscles through interval training, which will include cardio (walking, striding, running) and strength training (core work, pilates, push-ups, squats & more).
We will use the stroller as a training tool and incorporate the environment around us to give you a total-body workout that will leave you energized and ready to take on the day! The wonderful benefit of this class is that moms can get a great workout without the stress of finding and paying for a sitter...baby just comes along for the fun ride.
