PUBLIC HEARING - PARCEL MAP APPLICATION PM-11-07 AND SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION SDP-26-07, by Frank Wilson, requesting approval to divide 53 acres into three lots and construct a recreational-vehicle storage and ministorage facility on the eastern side of the property. The property is located at 8100 Airport Road in an "RS-2" Residential Single Family District. Environmental Determination: Mitigated Negative Declaration.
