2. PUBLIC HEARING - PARCEL MAP APPLICATION PM-20-06, by Airport Road Development, LLC, requesting approval to divide 116 acres into 10 lots on property located along the east side of Airport Road, 1,000 feet south of the State Route 44/Airport Road interchange, in "HC" Heavy Commercial and "GI" General Industrial Districts. Environmental Determination: Mitigated Negative Declaration. Staff Recommendation: Adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval.
