1. PUBLIC HEARING - AMENDMENT TO PARCEL MAP PM-3-06, which granted Alan Adkins approval for the division of 1.1 acres into three lots served by City sewer on property located at 2224 Marilyn Avenue. The proposed amended map would create two parcels served by private septic systems. The applicant is also requesting the deletion of an existing condition of approval requiring the extension of the City sanitary sewer to serve the new lots. The property is zoned "RS-2" Residential Single Family District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-150 APPROVED
2. PUBLIC HEARING - SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION SDP-10-09, by The Stirring, requesting approval for the establishment of a religious facility in an existing building located at 2250 Churn Creek Road and joint parking agreement with surrounding businesses addressed as 2304 Churn Creek Road and 935 Industrial Street. The properties are zoned "HC-BH" Heavy Commercial with Building Height Overlay District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390-700 APPROVED
