PUBLIC HEARING - SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT DIRECTOR SDP-D-38-06, granting Dennis Mihalka approval to construct a 3,400-square-foot office building with shared parking and driveways on property located at 381 Smile Place in an "LO" Limited Office District. Amendment request to increase the size of the approved office building to 6,080 square feet. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390-700 APPROVED INCREASE OF BUILDING SIZE TO 5,255 SQUARE FEET.
2. PUBLIC HEARING - SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION SDP-17-07, by the Redding Area Bus Authority, requesting approval to construct an approximately 6,750-square-foot addition to the existing administration and shop building on property located at 3333 South Market Street (northeast corner of South Market Street and Ellis Street) in an "HC" Heavy Commercial District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390-700 APPROVED
3. PUBLIC HEARING - PARCEL MAP APPLICATION PM-10-07, by David Corn, requesting approval to divide 1.97 acres into two lots on property located at 19279 Hollow Lane in an "RS-2" Residential Single Family District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-150 APPROVED
