PUBLIC HEARING

1. SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT SDP-1-08, which granted Continental Street Properties, LP, approval to construct a three-story, 29,656-square-foot medical office building, with an additional 17,834-square-foot ground-level parking garage (47,490 square feet total), on property located at 1285/1255 Liberty Street, 1200 Continental Street, and 1020 Shasta Street in a "GO" General Office District. Amendment request to increase the building floor area by 5,436 square feet. Environmental Determination: Addendum to a previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390-700  ADOPTED ADDENDUM AND APPROVED

2. SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION SDP-13-08, by Bill and Sylvia Schmitt, requesting approval to establish a 6,000-square-foot outdoor storage area for stone-slab countertop materials within an existing parking area on property located at 18449 Clear Creek Road in a "GC" General Commercial District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390-700  APPROVED

3. SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION SDP-14-08, by Budget Rent A Car, requesting approval for the storage and rental of trucks, which will be kept in the existing enclosure at the back of the parking lot, on property located at 2945 Churn Creek Road in a "GC" General Commercial District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390-700 APPROVED
