Zoning Ordinance
The City completely revised its Zoning Ordinance in 2002, effective December 5, 2002. The ordinance was subsequently amended by the City Council on December 17, 2002, September 4, 2003, April 19, 2005, and July 18, 2006.
The Redding Municipal Code and the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 18 of the Redding Municipal Code) are available online at Redding Municipal Code (Municode online format) and Zoning Ordinance (Adobe Acrobat PDF format). The Redding Subdivision Ordinance (Title 17 of the Redding Municipal Code) is available online at Redding Municipal Code (select Title 17 - Subdivisions).
