(1) USE PERMIT APPLICATION UP-7-07, Towneplace Suites by Marriott/InterMountain Management LLC, requesting approval to construct a hotel of approximately 57,000 square feet in size, encompassing 4 stories and 102 rooms, on 2.2 acres located at 2180 Larkspur Lane in a "GO" General Office District. Environmental Determination: Mitigated Negative Declaration. Staff Recommendation: Adoption of Mitigated Negative Declaration and Approval. L-010-390 ADOPTED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND APPROVED

5. COMMISSION CONSIDERATION - Review Development Services Department Work Program.

6. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - This item is set aside for the public to address the Planning Commission on any items of concern not listed on the Agenda.
