(1) DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT EIR-2-06, by Frank Coughlin and Tim Greenhood. Accept public comment on the Draft EIR for Tentative Subdivision Map Application S-13-05, Wyndham Pointe Subdivision, a proposal to create 78 single-family residential lots in three phases at 2705 Wyndham Lane. The property is located approximately ⅓ mile southeast of Highway 273 and immediately east of the Anderson Cottonwood Irrigation District canal. The site is zoned "RS-3.5" Residential Single Family District with General Plan designations of "Residential, 3.5 to 6 units per acre" and "Greenway." Staff Recommendation: Accept public comment. L-010-075  ACCEPTED PUBLIC COMMENT

5. COMMISSION CONSIDERATION

a. GENERAL PLAN/HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT. State law requires that local agencies prepare and forward to the local legislative body and appropriate State agencies an annual report on the progress made toward implementing the broad polices of the General Plan and attaining the goals and objectives set forth in the Housing Element. The report is being provided to the Commission for information purposes. Staff Recommendation: Accept report. G-030-070  ACCEPTED REPORT

b. Report from Development Services Director on the Development Services Department’s 2007–2009 Work Program (continued from the meeting of January 22, 2008). A-050-122

c. Presentation by the Redding Municipal Utilities Director on Stormwater Utility activities. S-060
