(1) USE PERMIT APPLICATION UP-10-06 AND VARIANCE APPLICATION V-1-07, by Ray and Diane Pittam, requesting approval to construct an accessory building that encroaches into the 100-year floodplain of Churn Creek on property located at 1756 Filaree Drive in an "RS-2" Residential Single Family District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390 and L-010-410 APPROVED
