(1) PARCEL MAP APPLICATION PM-1-10 AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPLICATION PD-1-10, by Fred Quigley, requesting approval to divide 1.14 acres into three parcels and to develop three residential duplex buildings (six units total) and related site improvements on property located at 4550 Lofty Oak Drive in an "RS-4-PD" Residential Single Family with Planned Development Overlay District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-150 and L-010-211-046  APPROVED

5. COMMISSION CONSIDERATION

RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION OF THE BIKEWAY ACTION PLAN 2010–2015. The proposed Bikeway Action Plan 2010-2015 (Plan) is a detailed inventory and analysis of the existing bikeway system in Redding. The Plan identifies and prioritizes service improvements and policies and programs for adoption that would enhance the Redding bikeway system over the next five years. Environmental Determination: Statutory Exemption. Staff Recommendation: Recommend to the City Council adoption of the Bikeway Action Plan. B-080-128 RECOMMENDED ADOPTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL

 

 

NOTICE: Any documents produced by, or submitted to, the City and distributed to the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be available at the Permit Center Counter at City Hall, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California, prior to 4 p.m., the day of the meeting.

APPEALS: Decisions by the Planning Commission may be appealed to the City Council by submitting a written appeal, together with the applicable fee, within ten calendar days to the Development Services Department at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.
