NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redding Planning Commission is hereby called by the undersigned and under the authority vested in him by Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California. The meeting is to take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2006, at 3:30 p.m., at the Redding City Council Chambers, 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, California.

Business to be transacted at said meeting, and the only business to be transacted, is as follows:

CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Threatened litigation:
The Planning Commission will discuss with its attorney written threats of litigation by Darryl L. Wagner concerning the legality of the Valentine Lane Barricade. The communication is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk pursuant to Section 54957.5.
