(1) AMENDMENT TO USE PERMIT UP-7-00, by American Self Storage, requesting approval to allow fill in the floodplain of Oregon Gulch Creek in conjunction with the addition of two buildings totaling 10,050 square feet to an existing self-storage-unit facility. The fill will elevate these buildings to one foot above the established base flood elevation. The property is located at 5240 Westside Road in an "HC" Heavy Commercial District. Environmental Determination: Addendum to a Negative Declaration. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390  APPROVED

(2) USE PERMIT APPLICATION UP-1-09, by AT&T, requesting approval to install a wireless-communication facility within an existing ministorage facility located at 5632 Westside Road. The wireless-communication facility would consist of a 105-foot-tall multi-carrier cell tower and placement of related ground equipment within an existing storage unit. The property is zoned "HC" Heavy Commercial District. Environmental Determination: Categorically Exempt. Staff Recommendation: Approval. L-010-390  APPROVED
