(1) USE PERMIT APPLICATION UP-13-05, by Gary Bauer, requesting approval to expand the Paradise View Mobile Home Park from the existing 47 units to a maximum of 86 units—a 39-unit expansion—on property located at 11037 Erickson Way in an "RM-9" Residential Multiple Family District. Environmental Determination: Mitigated Negative Declaration. Staff Recommendation: Adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval. L-010-390

(2) TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP APPLICATION S-1-09, LUKE ESTATES, by Frank Coughlin, requesting approval to divide 2.95 acres into nine lots for development of single-family homes on property located at 2277 Old Alturas Road in an "RS-3" Residential Single Family District. Environmental Determination: Negative Declaration. Staff Recommendation: Adoption of the Negative Declaration and approval. S-101-140

(3) RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL - AMENDMENT TO THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE, ADDITION OF CHAPTER 16.70 (WATER EFFICIENT LANDSCAPE), by the City of Redding, requesting approval of amendments to Chapter 16, Buildings and Construction, to comply with state legislation (Assembly Bill AB 1881) that requires local jurisdictions to implement certain water-efficient landscape irrigation measures. Environmental Determination: Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. Staff Recommendation: Recommend to the City Council adoption of the Ordinance Amendment and approval. L-010-230

5. COMMISSION CONSIDERATION

a. Consideration of possible Zoning Ordinance amendments related to cultivation of medical marijuana for personal use and establishment of appropriate zoning districts where medical marijuana dispensaries will be allowed. M-020
