COMMUNITY SAFETY EVALUATION TEAM (C-SET)

The Community Safety Evaluation Team (C-SET) is a unified effort between Fire, Police, General Services, and Development Services, along with the City Attorney's Office. The main goal of C-SET is to facilitate a cooperative effort in moving forward in abatement activities relating to residential and commercial properties City-wide which are not in compliance with the Redding Municipal Code .    Numerous properties are either brought into compliance or they are abated for their particular detriment to the safety and welfare of the citizens of Redding.
