CHECK-IN GUIDELINES. Passengers with checked baggage should arrive 60 to 90 minutes before flight departure. Passengers that intend to check baggage for their flight must complete the baggage check-in process at the airline counter at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers must be screened by the Transporation Security Administration and be in the passenger hold room at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Please be aware that United has the right to cancel reservations, deny boarding and refuse the acceptance of checked baggage of any customer who does not meet their applicable check-in time limit.
