The 43 acre Redding Airport Business and Industrial Park is located at the intersection of Knighton Road and Airport Road directly across from the Redding Municipal Airport and only 2.4 miles from Interstate 5. There are eight parcels for sale ranging in size from 1 to 5 acres. Lots 7, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 16 are zoned industrial and lots 8 and 9 are zoned commercial. The infrastructure for most of the parcels includes streets, sidewalks and utilities.

  2. A Use Permit is required from the City of Redding. Information can be obtained from the City of Redding Permit Center.

  3. At the time of development, a per lot fee of approximately $3,000 for each industrial lot and $11,000 for each commercial lot shall be paid to the City for installation of the traffic signal at Knighton and Airport Roads.

  4. Access rights to Airport Road are waived for Lots 8 and 9. Access rights to Knighton Road are waived for Lots 8 and 9 except for one "right turn only" driveway each in a location approved by the City Engineer.
