Redding Airport Park Development Guidelines and Standards
Redding Airport Business Park Submissions Checklist
- A Use Permit is required from the City of Redding. Information can be obtained from the City of Redding
Permit Center.
- At the time of development, a per lot fee of approximately $3,000 for each industrial lot and $11,000 for each commercial lot shall be paid to the City for installation of the traffic signal at Knighton and Airport Roads.
- Access rights to Airport Road are waived for Lots 8 and 9. Access rights to Knighton Road are waived for Lots 8 and 9 except for one "right turn only" driveway each in a location approved by the City Engineer.
